Here is a picture from this morning. L is watering the plants. Like many kids, L loves to play with the hose and spray things. It's an ongoing battle to redirect his "water play" away from people and toward a good target like a thirsty plant or lawn.

the boys do this, too, of course, and are often similarly attired. ;) we had BIG fun a couple nights ago when they made a big mud hole in the pathway next to my garden box - digging deep down, hiding/burying little cars, and of course bodypainting!
